Soft Matter Physics is rapidly developed field of physics which enclose different research areas like colloid and surface science, physical chemistry, biophysics, between others at the interface between physics, chemistry, biology and technological sciences. Fields like Soft Nanoscience, Biotechnology, soft-electronics, drug development, pharmacology etc have been taken advantage for decades of the knowledge developed in soft matter physics.
Here I show my research, management and teaching activities developed during more than 20 years working in different universities, research institutes and companies all around Europe.

Short biography
He graduated and completes his PhD in thermodynamics of self-assembly at the Dept. of Condensed Matter physics at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) in Spain. He completed the pre-doctoral training in Poland and Argentina, at the Jagiellonian University and the National University of Entre Rios respectively. During his post-doctoral training he worked on fluorinated compounds in biomedical applications and Fluorinated amphiphiles-protein interactions at the Department of Applied Physics at the USC.
Afterwards in 2004 he moves to France where he develops research polyelectrolyte-DNA interactions at the IMRCP unit mixte of the CNRS - University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse. In 2005 moves to Strasbourg at the Institute Charles Sadron (CNRS) where he worked in fluorinated catanionic vesicles and hemimicelles of semifluorinated alcanes.
In 2006 he move to Scandinavia and joined (as a Marie Curie Fellow) the division of the Physical chemistry 1 at Lund University. He develops research in DNA decompation using cyclodextrins and new imaging protocols in cryo-TEM for viscous systems. In 2008 he joined MEMPHYS - Center for Biomembrane Physics at the University of Southern Denmark working on the incorporation of aquaporins in biomimetic membranes for water filtration. In 2012 he joined the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen working in the group of Prof. Heimburg investigating the mechanical properties of action potentials in nerves using AFM. From 2015 worked at Sydvatten AB on new bioinspired materials for water purification and environmental remediation. Afterwards he move to Sweden Water Research AB as research group leader of materials science developing and managing projects in cooperation with MaxIV and ESS. In 2018 co-founded Arcadia AB a consulting company oriented to environmental issues and water business as well as data analytics applied to water decentralized systems, till 2020. Additionally during the period 2019-2020 he was affiliated with the department of materials science and applied mathematics at Malmö University working with materials for the water business. Between 2021 and 2022 WAS working as a research manager at Vatteninfo Sverige AB and project leader at Water Centre for Innovation (Campus Roslagen AB). Currently is a guest researcher at the Niels Bohr Institute.
